Automatic Winding Process | 1. Feed V-0 cassette into the wind station. 2. Open lid and pull the leader tape out from V-0 cassette. 3. Cut the leader tape. 4. Splice the leader tape to the end of the magnetic tape with the splicing tape. 5. Wind pre-determined length of magnetic tape into V-0 cassette (empty cassette) for blank tape use. 6. Cut magnetic tape. 7. Splice magnetic tape to the other end of the leader tape. 8. Wind-up for retracting leader tape into V-0 cassette. 9. Eject completed cassette out from the wind station. |
